Penoscrotal web...
The penoscrotal web is an excess of skin in the form of a curtain between the underside of the penis and the scrotum (ovaries). This curtain is similar to the leather curtains on the feet of ducks or the wings of bats. Makes the penis look short. Even if the penis is long, it looks short because of this skin curtain. It also makes intercourse difficult. While the penis is penetrating the vagina, this excess skin makes it difficult to penetrate. In order for the penis to enter the vagina, it must be like a rod. If there is a skin curtain like a sail under the penis, it will be difficult for the penis to enter the vagina. That's why this veil needs to be taken.
Some of the patients who apply for penis enlargement have this problem. In this case, we do the penoscrotal web correction during the penis enlargement surgery and we do not charge additional fees for this. In fact, most patients who say they have a penoscrotal web do not actually have it; The fact that the skin under the penis, between the penis and the ovaries is very loose, misleads the patients. To see if there is a penoscrotal web, the penis is pulled forward slightly while the patient is standing; If a curtain-shaped skin leaf opens between the penis and the ovaries at this time, this is the penoscrotal web. Better yet, take a picture from the side with an erection. If a skin leaf opens under the penis during an erection, just like in the photo above, it is called a penoscrotal web. It is a deformation that can be completely corrected by surgery.

TEST: DO YOU HAVE PENOSCROTAL WEB?
There is one way to find out for sure. Answer these two questions. If the answer to both is "yes", you have penoscrotal web..
1) Does a skin curtain open between the penis and testicles during erection, such as bat wings or duck feet? (You can see if there is such a skin leaf during erection by taking a photo from the side. Only the skin curtain should open by itself when you pull the head of the penis forward. If you hold the skin between the penis and testis and pull it by hand, this is not the penoscrotal web. The skin in this area is already very loose. skin opens like a curtain. All you have to do is to hold the glans penis and pull it forward. At the same time, if the skin curtain opens between the penis and testis, it can be said that it is the penoscrotal web.)
2) Does this skin leaf make it difficult for the penis to enter the vagina during sexual intercourse?
Loose skin under the penis does not mean it is the penoscrotal web! The skin under the penis and on the scrotum is already loose.
There is no penoscrotal web if there is no excess skin like a sail underneath while the penis is erect.
The surgical criterion is that the penoscrotal web (a sheet of skin such as a sail or curtain between the penis and testicles) complicates the relationship. Penocrotal web does not have a specific classification (like a little, a lot). If it complicates the relationship, it should be corrected with surgery. If the penoscrotal web is very light and still does not complicate intercourse, surgery is unnecessary.
Listen to what I wrote, don't have an operation for nothing.. This is a subject that is abused a lot. Many patients refer to doctors saying "I have penoscrotal web". Doctors are operating immediately. Many patients are operated unnecessarily.
Do not forget that penoscrotal web correction is not a method of penis enlargement. Even though the penis seems to be extended with penoscrotal web correction, in reality, even 1 millimeter does not extend.
The main purpose of surgical correction of the penoscrotal web is to facilitate the penetration of the penis into the vagina during intercourse.
In some clinics, we hear that even if the patient does not have a penoscrotal web, z-plasty is performed under the penis to lengthen the penis. This would be a completely ridiculous, useless practice. Z-plasty the skin under the penis does not lengthen the penis. If there is no penoscrotal web, it would be completely unnecessary to z-plasty here.
Correction of the penoscrotal web is surgical; that is, with surgery. In order not to recur, it must be removed in accordance with the principles of plastic surgery. Interestingly, I see that surgeons (especially urology specialists) on some foreign websites on the Internet do not correct this duly, I am astounded. The surgery usually performed is the direct removal and suturing of the web; and that's wrong! It's against the principles of plastic surgery. The penoscrotal web removed in this way repeats itself after a while. In order not to repeat the web formation, it must be removed and stitched with a zigzag (W-plasty or Z-plasty). From where? Because, if it is pulled straight out and sutured, the suture line contracts (shortens) as it heals and the penoscrotal web appears to repeat exactly. Therefore, the sewing line should be not straight, broken. Therefore, when removing the penoscrotal web, the zigzag is removed and the stitches are also zigzagged (W-plasty or Z-plasty). Thus, even if the zigzag (fractured) suture line shortens while it heals, it cannot contract and repeat as much as the penoscrotal web can re-form due to zigzags.
Therefore, it is important that the surgical correction is in accordance with the principles of plastic surgery (that is, it is done in the form of W-plasty or Z-plasty). The operation takes a little longer, but the same situation will not repeat in the future.
Patients usually do not come simply asking for correction of the penoscrotal web. Usually, the patient who wants to enlarge the penis also mentions this complaint and this is corrected during the penis enlargement surgery.
The penoscrotal web is unfortunately a frequently abused condition. Some clinics claim that they make extensions under the penis without cutting the suspensory ligament. In fact, there are those who say that even if the patient does not have a penoscrotal web. Lengthening cannot be achieved by making a zigzag stitch on the underside of the penis. Suppose the patient does indeed have the penoscrotal web. When you correct this with surgery, you cannot achieve even 1 centimeter elongation in the penis. SURGERY CORRECTION OF THE PENOSCROTAL WEB IS NOT AN EXTENSION SURGERY!... ALSO, THERE IS NO EXTENSION METHOD MADE FROM THE LOWER FACE OF THE PENIC, WHERE THE SUSPENDING LINK IS NOT CUT OUT!.... By penis enlargement I mean physically measurable elongation. I don't mean the penis "looks like it's getting longer".
WHEN I SAY PENIS ENLARGEMENT SURGERY, I SPEAK REAL Elongation in the penis. THIS SURGERY IS NOT AN ILLUSION. IT IS A SURGERY IN WHERE THE INSIDE IS REALLY SLIDED OUT, AND THIS CAN ONLY BE CLOSED BY THE SUSPENDING LINK.
WITH THE CORRECTION OF THE PENOSCROTAL WEB OR BY MAKING A Z-PLASTY ON THE LOWER PENIS, THERE IS NO Elongation EVEN BY 1 MILLIMETER..
If the patient has a penoscrotal web, of course we correct it; but we don't do it to enlarge the penis. We fix the penoscrotal web as it makes intercourse difficult.
